Concurrently, she is a Consulting Partner at Anagami Impact, a leadership movement that focuses on women in leadership and mental wellbeing in the workplace. Farrah's endeavours reflect her passion for helping people grow, develop and elevate their performance to impact growth within their organization.
Farrah has spent the last 20 years in commercial and consulting roles. Working with large MNC’s to help them deliver performance improvement. She advises leaders on sales performance and transformation, change management, technical upskilling and creating a coaching culture.
Farrah is proficient with 18 of best-in-class sales methodologies globally which include Miller Heiman, SPIN Selling , Value Selling and Professional Selling Skills. As a coach, she ignites her coachee’s highest potential to find their confidence and winning energy. She has coached numerous sales professionals who have become top-performing salespeople within their organizations.
Previously, she was the SVP for Sales transformation at Korn Ferry and the Learning Director for Moody’s Analytics. She was also a Transformation Consultant at Coachhub - developing coaching culture in large organizations.
Farrah was also banker for many years , having worked with the top global banks and top tier wealth management houses ( HSBC , Abn Amro Bank, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank ). Her regional roles and exposure brings a wealth of perspective in APAC business landscape.
