Jason is a Senior Consulting Partner at Transform to Perform, a specialist boutique consultancy that focusses on helping businesses accelerate revenue growth.
As a sales consultant for the past 13 years, Jason continues to enable businesses to enhance sales performance; developing skills and processes that meet the changing needs of the complex competitive environment in which they operate. Jason’s extensive sales experience, and more recent history of consulting for major corporations, enables him to provide guidance on the practical application of critical skills and processes required to operate in today’s competitive market. Prior to partnering with Transfer to Perform, Jason had 26 years of Banking experience in sales, product management, technology, and relationship management - working in Australia, Singapore and Thailand.
He has worked in leadership roles for major financial institutions such as JP Morgan, Westpac Banking Corporation, and Standard Chartered Bank. His focus was on selling complex banking solutions to Global organisations across long sales cycles.
Since 2010, Jason has been consulting with and delivering sales training to major corporations across industries (Mining, Oil and Gas, Banking, IT, Pharmaceutical, Consumer Products). This has meant he has worked in diverse geographical regions (Asia Pacific, Americas, Europe, Africa, and Middle East). His ability to help sales staff grasp sales skills across cultural boundaries enables more effective application of the skills. Jason has worked closely with Shell, Chevron, and consultancy firms working closely with Anglo American, Rio, BHP, Newcrest, Glencore, Vale, etc. Originally from Australia, Jason nell now resides in Singapore where he has been located for 24 years.
